Johnny de City is a DJ & producer from Bratislava, Slovakia.
Over the past 10 years he produced more than 800 mashups, edits and bootlegs and released more than 30 mashup packs. The episodes of special mixtapes containing these mashups are called Mashup Avenue. These mixtapes are very popular among EDM fans in Slovakia and Czech Repuplic. Johnny’s mashups & tracks have been supported by Kryder, Dannic, Showtek, Matt Nash, Marnik, and more from all over the world.
His second project called Mashup on the Go is a serie of reel videos in which he creates live mashups in various interesting locations. Several of these videos have been shared by big DJ Instagram profiles such as DJ Lovers Club, DJcity or Arco Entertainment. One of these videos has almost 2 million views on TikTok.
Johnny has played at many different venues & festivals and supported artists such as Nervo, Vini Vici, Blasterjaxx, Vinai, Julian Jordan, Dannic, Danny Avilla, Dr. Phunk and many more. Besides all the main clubs in Slovakia, Johnny regularly plays in Ministry of Fun, Banska Bystrica (marked as the best and most modern club in Slovakia) and in its twin club - Epic in Prague, Czech Republic.
