We all remember the chaos and uncertainty at the start of the pandemic, when panic buying made it near impossible to buy toilet paper and all sorts of other essential products.
Now after two years of living with Covid-19, supermarket shelves are suddenly bare once again, but why?
The Quicky speaks to two men who represent the workers who are doing everything they can from the field to the supermarkets to try and fill those empty shelves about why our supply chains have broken down, and what we can and should be doing to fix them.
