Redefining a Strong Black Woman Ft. Coached By Joc | Ep. 212
On today’s episode, Ashley is joined by Coach Joc, life coach for black women. When she’s not enjoying a glass of Stella Rosa or spending time with her family, Joc coaches black women to see their worth and gives them permission to do life differently. Coach Joc’s goal is to dismantle the stigma of the “strong black woman” by teaching black millennial women how to take themselves off the back burner and prioritize their healing and inner work so they can experience more joy and deeper connections.
