WAFFLE HOUSE HASHBROWNS

• Shredded russet potatoes
• Sliced mushrooms and other vegetables
• American cheese

1. Grill onions, mushrooms, and other vegetables of your choice on the flattop
2. Add potatoes and cook thoroughly
3. Chop, dice, and mix together on the griddle
4. Place a slice of American cheese on top and cook until melted
5. Add tomatoes, salt, and pepper as desired.
