When we think about stress we often blame ourselves and our lack of ability to handle it as well as we used to or as well as we *should* or as we perceive someone else, and often disregard the factors that have us stressed, overwhelmed, in the first place.

There are both external and internal factors to your stress.

Which one can you manage and guide?

The internal... but what you'll see is when you learn to pause and choose how you want to navigate the internal stress, what you pay attention to in the external space changes.

Being stressed, overwhelmed, anxious, and depressed in the face of the chaos we live in is an appropriate response from your system trying to cope and make sense of things.
