Today we're talking a bout shifting from fear, not trying to burry or ignore it, but to add more of what we do want.

I look around the world I am navigating and see an abundance of anger and lack of compassion and I want to explore that a little here.

Fear changes how we view the world, it can literally change our brain and make it harder for us to access compassion and empathy along with other higher level cognitive skills like rational judgement and decision making.

I think that the immense levels of stress and fear response to the world around us has a large part of the population walking around in survival mode angry and afraid.
