We talk a lot about suing the breath and the basics of movement, nutrition, time in nature, paying attention to your needs, and today I want to give you something to add on to these foundational basics.

These are not magic hacks or shortcuts... because the basics, doing the small steps for the long run is always going to win.

So, today I offer 5 more specific tools to use when you feel like focusing on the breath is too hard, or you need a little something different to shift out of that elevated state.
