In this episode I go over the 5-steps to decluttering any space. This method will take the stress away, help you relax, and leave you with more space in your home. The steps are:
- Set an alarm/timer
- Manifest/Visualize
- Take a few deep breaths
- Eliminate items from the space
- Remove items from your house
