- You're phone starts ringing and it's your friend & they are really upset because they have stuffed up and made a big mistake.
- Ask yourself where do you meet her? Do you say 'yeah you really messed up, you are a failure' or do you meet her with compassion?
- Now imagine you are the one calling & meet yourself with compassion.
