Self talk for the most part is when we beat ourselves up for not being as we think we should have - for the most part, it’s really quite horrible when you think about how horrible we are to ourselves and yet we’d likely violently defend anyone else that was receiving such rupture from another person. Guess what - it’s time to change that internal dialogue to something that helps you rather than something that harms you
