The Long Run
In this episode we are tackling the long run.
We will give you a definition of the long run and then we will dive into the benefits of the long run along with some research. We will specifically talk about the mental benefits of the long run, and then talk about how long a long run should be (as we discuss the different “methods” of the coaches writing the plans). We will also play a quick clip by Dr. Jack Daniel who tells us his opinion about what the optimal time of a long run should be. Last but not least we will talk about how to start making your weekend runs longer, and fueling on the days you run long! Don’t miss this episode!
