In this series opener, we delve into the importance of living a legacy that outlasts our lifetime. Drawing inspiration from 2 Timothy 1:1-7, we explore how our faith can be a transformative force in shaping the legacy we leave behind. By examining the Apostle Paul's words to Timothy, we learn practical ways to cultivate a lasting impact through love, faith, and the power of the Holy Spirit. We are encouraged to embrace the calling to pass on a rich spiritual heritage to future generations.
In this message, we will learn that God knows everything about us and still loves us. Not only can we have a living and dynamic relationship with the One who made us, but we don't have to perform or jump through a complex series of spiritual hoops. Jesus opened the door for us to have a relationship with God through his perfect life, sacrificial death on the cross, and resurrection from the grave. A true and lasting relationship with God is based on knowing and following Jesus, God’s only Son.
