In this episode with Dr Matthew Bourne we explored how valid and relevant our hamstring clinical tests are and what we can do from a research and a clinic level. We then explored what exercises are beneficial and how to target different sections of the hamstrings.

Dr Matthew Bourne is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Health Sciences and Social Work and the Menzies Health Institute Queensland at Griffith University. Matthew obtained his PhD in hamstring injury prevention from QUT.
