In this week's episode we go over the 6 qualities that every comprehensive strength workout should include. We explain why each of these qualities is important from both a textbook and real world perspective, and discuss how they should be ordered within the workout to make it most effective.
In part two next week, we will discuss how to take this information a step further with more details on exercise selection within each category, how many exercises to include in a given workout, and how to string workouts together to create a well-rounded program.
