"What I eat in a day" videos - you've probably seen them. Fitness influencers sharing a perfectly curated day of what they eat in attempts to "inspire" or educate their followers on nutrition. But are these types of posts actually helpful, or can they be harmful for the people consuming the information? Coming into this discussion, Lauren had very strong opinions, only to find out that Jason had a different perspective on it. And then through a quick Instagram poll we developed an even broader perspective on how people feel about the topic.
Things get vulnerable and messy, but we share it all and come together in the end with an evolved opinion while respecting each other's truths.
