I am joined by my former client, Rema, for the Period Recovery Podcast this week, and she shares her story of losing and then regaining her period. Rema is a perfectionist, and the pressure and stress of trying to be perfect caused her to lose her period. During her struggle of trying to find a solution, Rema learned to listen to her inner voice and, therefore, ultimately faced her fears and found recovery.
