S4 E8: Shotgun Wedding

Shotgun Wedding is a brand new Amazon Prime Romantic Comedy directed by Jason Moore. This is the story of Tom played by Josh Duhamel and Darcy played by Jennifer Lopez. It’s the night before their wedding on a private island in the Philippines. We meet Tom’s mom Carol played by Jennifer Coolidge, Darcy’s parents Renata and Robert played by Sonia Braga and Cheech Marin. All is going kind of well, in that special way rehearsal dinners are kind of hectic. Darcy’s ex Sean played by Lenny Kravitz shows up out of the blue to cause some drama. But the real conflict in this story is the following day, the day of the wedding, pirates crash the island, try to take everyone captive and ransom Darcy and her father for a cash payout… yeah… that is your lead in for Shotgun Wedding.
