Choose one task today to do without noise
A lot of us have said that when we work from home, we rely on background telly “for company.” Is background noise like this something we should all embrace? It depends on what you want to get out of it. Surprisingly background noise has been shown to improve creativity. But, there are downsides too. Let’s go through how to use background noise mindfully.
