The Traders Improved podcast is back. I want to say a BIG THANK YOU to all of you who kept sending nice emails my way. This was finally the reason that motivated me to restart the podcast.

In this episode, I talk about why it is so hard to do the things that we know we should be doing. I then also provide some tips on how to improve your decision making as a trader.
