Good evening my buttered crumpets, for today I have a guided meditation for you all.
For our meditation I'll be taking you through some deep breathing, as well as some countdowns, and then we'll be taking a lovely walk through the woods together with some visualization. There will be both soft speaking and whispering throughout. Hopefully I can help with any anxiety in this weird time in the world!
