Author Tara Schuster is on the podcast to talk about Glow In the F*cking Dark, the follow up to the hugely successful Buy Yourself the F*cking Lilies. I felt an instant connection with her, which I kinda of suspected I would from her books, but then I sort of think maybe a lot of people do since she's extremely open, vulnerable and bright. That being said there were two moments where I got chills talking to her and she said she felt it too so I think we're really besties? We talk about stuffed animals, emotional neglect, loneliness, writing routines, reparenting oneself, therapy, external validation, working at Comedy Central, being the bartender on Watch What Happens Live with Scheana and Raquel the night #Scandoval broke and so much more.
