There are a lot of people sharing videos online trying to normalise bloating, but the thing is, severe, and uncomfortable bloating is absolutely not normal. It’s a sign of a deeper issue, and you don’t have to put up with looking 6 months pregnant. It IS normal to have a slight expansion in your belly after eating, but only slight.

You might think that all bloating is the same, but there are actually different types of bloating, each with different causes.
