A psychological bias is like a mental shortcut or a pre-programmed response that our brain uses to help us make decisions faster. It can be hugely beneficial to understand what type of trader you are. But if you are a new trader and don´t lack the awareness to truly understand your trader type yet, we can get to know ourselves by looking outside of trading.
