Around noon, a man enters and guns down Chelsea, who is working behind her desk. Was Chelsea targeted? Was this a random killing? Or could this be a case of mistaken identity? Security footage and spent shell casings are among the clues to the murderer’s identity, but Chelsea’s killer has yet to be brought to justice.
