This week's free poker training video features Coach Brad Wilson and co-host Jon Chai with more online cash game poker hand breakdowns focusing on 4-Bet Pots as both the PFR (Preflop Raiser) and the PFC (Preflop Caller).

Jon puts himself into position to play for stacks, but as always, Coach Brad begs the question of whether the road taken leads to the most value.

Our first poker hand is from 1000NL where Jon finds himself holding Big Slick in the cutoff against a 3-Betting villain on the button. Jon puts in the 4-Bet and after a call we go to a flop. But what happens when you have Ace King and don't flop a pair? We try to talk ourselves through the available options in this interesting spot.

Our second poker hand up for debate is old reliable Cowboys in the cutoff. Another villain on the button bumps it up to 3-Bet territory and of course Pocket Kings deserves a 4-Bet. Jon and Brad have differing opinions on when to bet and when to check. Does villain take the bait and rip it all in?
