After about 2 years of putting myself out there on the internet through my podcast, and social media; I have definitely had to learn how to be okay with people talking about me, and having their opinions on me.

I used to struggle with people sharing and having their own viewpoint of me and would let it hold me back on content I had wanted to create, and the way I wanted to put myself out there. I finally got to a point of releasing myself from that mindset, and doing what made me feel best.
