Mind Over Miles: Overcoming Mental Barriers on Race Day || with Julie Chamberlin

Julie had always considered herself a non-runner and believed in high-school that she was not cut out for the grueling challenge of a half marathon. However, with the encouragement of her friends and family, she decided to train for the race. As she pushed herself during each training session, she discovered a strength she never knew she had. The sense of accomplishment she felt when she crossed the finish line was life-changing, and she realized that her mindset had been limiting her all along. From that day forward, she approached challenges with a newfound confidence, knowing that she was capable of overcoming any obstacle that came her way.
