Here are my reflections in light of the tragic events that happened in my hood on Saturday 13 April.

Finding the balance between effort and ease can be challenging, but so rewarding when you get it right.

Sometimes being grateful is difficult, especially when things aren't going your way and life gives you a bad hand. However, when we come from a place of gratitude, instead of focusing on the lack thereof or scarcity, it's such a positive game changer. xoxo

There's no better time than the present

Sometimes things don't turn out the way we want and meet our expectations. I've been practicing non-attachment and embracing the cards I've been given and making the most of it!
