EP4. Creating a Marketing Plan For Your Cleaning Business: Prospecting (Part 1 of 3)

In todays episode of the lifestyle cleaning business podcast, we chat about the first phase of building your cleaning businesses marketing plan. 

It's important to get a plan in place, because without a plan your marketing will fall by the way side and ultimately, you will be leaving growth and money on the table!

I love marketing and put a heavy emphasis on it being one of the reasons we grew our business to 5 figure monthly turnovers so quickly. 

Todays episode is all about prospecting; The phase of the customer journey where your potential clients are getting to grips with who you are and how you can help them. 

We chat about the 3 key steps in this phase which are:

1. Identifying who you're marketing to (spoiler alert: the answer is NOT everybody!!)

2. Construct your message to these people (and it isn't just 'WE'RE AMAZING!)

3. Identify the media channels they already use to consume their content.
