Helen is a yoga teacher based in Herefordshire, UK. She and I first met a few years ago when she introduced me to yoga in my mid-fifties. I have loved her ever since! Helen is an exceptional human being. Her warmth, resilience and positive view of life is infectious and I challenge anyone listening to this podcast not to feel both calm and uplifted by her words.
