How to Breakup With a Manipulator

The teenage years can be full of self-esteem issues and vulnerability for many people. During this time, we can be especially susceptible to manipulative, controlling, and outright toxic adults who appear more mature and seem to have all the answers. Unfortunately, there are those who fall prey to these Machiavellian creatures and get caught up in their webs of deceit. On this week's episode, we talk about recognizing the red flags, as well as how to extricate oneself once caught in this very sad situation.

Please note: this week's episode is on the heavier side and involves topics such as grooming which may be triggering for some people. We encourage you to use your best judgment before listening.
