This is Part 2 of our strategy series. Last week, we talked about the cadence (process) of strategy creation and successful actualization.
This week we're diving into the subtle. The most important work strategically happens before we run a competitive analysis, brainstorm our SWOT, or look at market trends.
In fact, starting with these exercises increases our likelihood of failure. What matters most is getting clear on what's inspiring, worthy, and impactful. From there, we can create the form and function of our strategic plan through that lens.
