In this episode, I discuss how to remove bad habits from your life and tricks I've used to get rid of my own unhealthy habits; biting my nails, snacking heavily, and being too hard on myself. I then explain some healthier habits I've implemented into my life to make it easier to accomplish tasks. Lastly, I discuss why instant gratification makes it so easy to trick the mind to do something. However, I explain why it's so important to put actual effort toward your future goals with healthy habits. I gathered a lot of inspiration from the book, “Atomic Habits” by James Clear.
