The Toy Story Zoetrope is located inside the Animation Building at Disneys California Adventure. When still, it looks something like a carousel with rows of figures of Toy Story characters in various poses. When it starts spinning the strobe light action begins, which gives the impression that the figures are performing an animated sequence - Jessie spins a rope, Woody rides a bucking Bulls-Eye, Buzz walks on a big ball, a little green man waves, and so on.
