Our guest, Dr. Seligman, is an Associate Professor at the University of Rochester working in the Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine. He completed his medical degree at Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York, and residency and fellowship training at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He has been employed at the University of Rochester since graduating from the fellowship.
