This week I am joined by Charlie Launder, the founder of Bumps and Burpees. We chat about her personal journey to becoming a mum whilst running a business and we also discuss exercise and training throughout pregnancy. This episode is filled with advice for pre and post natal ladies and shines a positive light on exercise during this time.

A bit about Charlie:

Charlie is a Mum of one year old Alfie, founder of Bumps & Burpees and author of best selling book Bumps & Burpees. She has worked with pre and post natal women for 12 years, helping them to feel strong mentally and physically throughout this time. Charlie believes that being pregnant or having a baby shouldn't stop you doing things, with a few adaptations here and there, there isn't much you can't do . She feels passionate towards helping women realise how strong they really are.
