20. Mike Lash

From a small town on the west coast of the south island to becoming one of New Zealand’s premier rugby referees and now working on his own mental health charity Mike is just a bloody good Kiwi bloke.

Mike goes into incredible detail about the highs and lows of his career in the middle and how he would prepare for certain teams and players, it’s a behind the scenes of what it takes to be a top level referee. As well as talking “The Reel Effect” and how he is helping people disconnect from everyday stress through fly fishing.
