#11 Davide Biasco - passion, motivation, BAN and volunteering. Lessons learned from building Alumni community (part1 of the interview)
This is part one of our conversation with Davide Biasco (aka Tunder), the current president of BEST Alumni Network (BAN). Tunder studied Electronics Engineering but built a career in systems administration, cloud and information security.
In this interview, you will learn more about his motivation to join BAN and the future of the organization. You will learn how non-profit leaders run organizations and keep their motivation.
A big take away for volunteering and not having the time: "We always speak about time, but the right word to say sometimes is attention. You shouldn't confuse time with attention. Because, time we have plenty, often we waste it in many ways we don't want to. It's about getting control of your attention."
Maybe you will be inspired to join BAN? Become a member of BAN.
