Among my clients recovering from breast cancer the most common symptoms I hear them struggling with is brain fog and fatigue. While these symptoms often arise in response to treatment all too often these symptoms are present prior to treatment and get worse as a result of treatment and become chronic. There are many emotions that we experience as we move through the fear, difficulty and ongoing emotional challenges of a breast cancer diagnosis and the treatment choices we need to make.
