As I have been working through the "harder" part of my BPD management journey I have been working through the difference between what I am feeling/emotions I am experiencing and what I am thinking, the thoughts I have. How I work through the relationship between these things, how they impact my behavior and how I communicate my experiences and need to people in my life.
