Plain and Simple founder Josh Manguera 22 year old

FRANGURU EXCHANGE Plain & Simple featured the young entrepreneur who, at 22 years three years ago, was fueled to begin a business. Josh Manguera, now 25 years has established three branches and a factory for his line of clothes. Full of energy, this man saw the opportunity to look at what will be his ticket to success. It all began when his mother, who mentored him, has been in the Ready to Wear or RTW clothes for 25 years. Josh saw the opportunity. He at first began buying RWT from other suppliers. Then a break came from having his store. Small at 7sqm, nevertheless, his creativity took over. One day a foreigner came in and looking for original Ralph Laurent shirts. Seeing the shirts, Josh was ridiculed by the foreigner saying the products were ugly, below quality, etc. Josh began to think and challenged himself to start his brand called Plain & Simple. Watch as Josh shared deep insights and inspiration for those who want to start a business. One takeaway he shared was to find the FUEL and Passion for boosting success. His fuel was the foreigner who ridiculed his products. He took the challenge. Today Josh has more than 400,000 followers and soon will be opening to franchise in cities.
