Ep. 11 - 😒So I Fell Off The Wagon...

After all these months I have caved in to Bambi eyes of my stepmother and her island cooking. Lawd help me! I have to get back on track. Support is key and the only way to be successful in my quest for cleaner eating is to be accountable for myself and my health. Since I know better, the responsibility to show others is mine. We fall down but we get up. This week I may have to have strictly fruits to repair any adverse effects from ingesting fish and birthday cake. Have a great week y’all! The struggle continues...
