He has over 15 years of experience in industrial property development, structural engineering, procurement and project management, working on some of the most advanced automated industrial property developments across APAC.
Milan founded TMX (then TM Insight) in 2010 with Travis Erridge and since then the business has rapidly grown. TMX now boasts more than 150 experts in supply chain, property, project management and ecommerce in more than seven countries across the APAC region.
Prior to TMX, he held a senior role at Goodman Group (Australia's largest industrial property group) managing new industrial and commercial developments, from site acquisition, feasibility and lease negotiations through to construction and handover.
