Cook School student Prianka is telling us all about a yummy Indian snack called Bhuja! Here's everything you need to make it:  1 onion 1 potato  Half a bunch of fenugreek leaves Oil  Gram flour  Garlic Ginger Salt  You'll also need a skimmer, a frying pan, a bowl, a knife and a chopping board!  Begin by chopping all the vegitables into small, tiny pieces. Then place them into a bowl, give them a good mix, adding the gram flour, a quarter teaspoon of garlic and a quarter teaspoon of ginger. We're now going to make a dough. To do that, add as much water as you need with a dash of oil here and there. Form the dough into balls and pop them into a pan of oil to fry them. When they're fried, pop them on a plate!
