163. Nia Ostrand - Healing With The Akashic Records

This week we are thrilled to bring on one of our DEN teachers, Nia Ostrand. Nia is an innate healer who has trained in a variety of healing arts over the years and leads our Akashic Records and Reiki classes, workshops, and certifications at The DEN. We get to know Nia on a deeper level in this episode as she openly shares about her experience with sexual abuse, depression, medication use, and health issues. Through sharing her own story, she takes us on a journey from rock bottom to finding the healing energies of Reiki and the unconditional love of the Akashic Records which both completely changed her life. To anyone who is struggling, who has struggled, or knows someone who is struggling - we hope hearing Nia’s story will bring you some HOPE that there is light at the end of the tunnel.
