When Laura reached out to me she hadn't really been aware of the extent of her food and body stuff. But within a month or two of working together, it became very apparent how much all of that noise saturated every area of her life.

Since our work together she has developed a better relationship with friends and family, showing up for herself with more confidence and consistency, but most of all has created a level of deep self-trust within herself.
