Secret eating is something you do when you think you're doing something wrong.
That you shouldn't still be hungry, you shouldn't want so much of an item or to eat any of it at all.
Secret eating can often lead to binge eating or at the very least it solidifies the idea you hold that what you are doing is wrong. But ultimately, it keeps you trapped in an exhausting relationship with food- the opposite of what you want.
Stop eating in secret and start eating for all to see.
