WELCOME TO THE OLD TESTAMENT!!!
It’s finally here!!! We are so excited to study Come, Follow Me with you this year and dive into the Old Testament, which might be our favorite book… This is a book that some people find hard to understand, overwhelming, and filled with strange themes. Our goal is to help you fall in love with the Old Testament this year. This week in Come, Follow Me we will be studying Moses 1 and Abraham 3. Here is what you have to look forward to:

We are about to simplify your study of the Old Testament in a way that will bring it all to life AND make it easier to understand. We created an interactive timeline to help you. the black and white timeline and
a pdf of the colored pieces for each week

THE INTERACTIVE OLD TESTAMENT TIMELINE (black and white)
THE WEEKLY TIMELINE PIECES (full color)
BEGIN by printing the timeline. It is designed to be a 2X3 engineer print. Most copy shops can print this size. Ask for it to be printed black and white. You may want to have the timeline dry mounted or laminated to give it more structure. Perhaps you will hang it in your home, in the place where you do your study, or maybe you will pull it out each week for your lesson. If you live in UTAH COUNTY you can go to Pioneer Party in Lehi. They have the files on hand, and can print out everything for you.
NEXT, print the colored pieces you will attach to the timeline week by week. The pieces are included in the full color pdf. You can print the pages at home or at the copy shop. They print out on 8.5X11 paper.
NOW, cut out the colored pieces for the timeline. You can do this all at once at the beginning or the year, or each week as you move through each lesson. You might want to keep the pieces in an envelope so you know where to find them.
EACH WEEK for the next 52 weeks, our newsletter will tell you which piece to place onto your timeline. The spaces on the timeline are numbered 1-52 according to the lesson they correspond with that week. We will put a picture of the correct piece in the newsletter every week, so you will know exactly which one to use.
