Chief Phil Lane, Jr. and Rica Rouse and their Relatives endured the Indian Boarding School system and have been part of the struggle to right the wrongs. Rica Rouse graduated from St. Paul Indian Mission in 1976 and lives in Marty, South Dakota. Also, we hear a portion of a visit with Professor Victor Douville of the Lakota Studies Department of Sinte Gleska University, Rosebud Sioux Reservation on the Return to Traditional Clan Government and Lakota Star Knowledge.
