84. Natalie's Inspiring Journey Overcoming Feeling Worried About Ruining Her Horse & Not Feeling Good Enough
In this episode I chat with my lovely client, Natalie Roberts. She joined the group version of my Confident Equestrian Program (CEP) a bit over 3 months ago, and I invited her on the podcast to share her very inspiring journey.
Together we talk about
-Why she joined CEP
- Her concerns about being worried about ruining horse, being worried about making a mistake on top of being a very anxious person
-How she grew up with horses in her life but was always told that horses aren't safe even though she loved them
-Getting her first pony as an adult
-Her experience inside CEP and how as she was helping her mare relax, she noticed that she was able to relax more too
-The plot twist she had during CEP with her mare and pony
-The importance of advocating for yourself
-Overcoming the fear of not being good enough and how her anxiety attacks have massively changed
-The power of a group community
-Her new horse (which wasn't what she ever anticipated she would get)
and so much more
